Job Description – Marketing and Sales Executive (Fresher & Experience)

Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: IndoreReports To: Sales Manager / Head of Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior sales engineers in generating leads and identifying potential customers.
• Learn and understand technical specifications of machines and manufacturing processes.
• Support in preparing quotations, proposals, and technical presentations.
• Follow up with customers on inquiries, quotations, and order status.
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, design, service) for timely execution of customer requirements.
• Participate in client visits, trade shows, and exhibitions to gain industry exposure.
• Maintain sales reports and customer records under the guidance of senior team members.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Any Graduate, Technical education field will be preferable.
• Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers are welcome)

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of machines, manufacturing processes, and industrial applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm to learn sales strategies and customer engagement.
