Job Description

Role & responsibilities

This key role within Millennium is Accountable for all Inbound (content) and Outbound marketing initiatives to drive traffic, brand awareness, engagement and leads to deliver sales and customer retention for the Millennium portfolio of Electronic Access Control Products.

Specific responsibilities include;

  • Deliver effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet business objectives at the lowest possible cost.
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
  • Develop digital and print collateral and sales tools, including presentations, demos, and competitive write-ups
  • Editorial requirements include basic SEO understanding, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement. Development of editorial governance so content is consistent with brand voice, style and tone.
  • Creation and management of editorial calendar and organization workflows in coordination with company leadership.
  • Channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels including email / newsletter distribution. This person must understand the basic best practices of the main social media channels, which content and approaches work on each and why
  • Measurement and optimization marketing campaigns, programs and initiatives and provide regular performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Use AI to generate leads and accelerate marketing growth through smarter targeting and automation.
  • Use Marketing Tools to stay ahead of market trends, analyze competitor positioning, and identify strategic gaps or opportunities.
  • Utilize analytics platforms to gain deeper insights into customer behavior and website visitors, predict trends, and optimize campaign performance in real time.
  • Use AI to automate multiple tasks and build a more intelligent, efficient system for day-to-day marketing operations.
  • Use a wide variety of tools to build strong, high-performing content that drives organic traffic and engagement across channels.
  • Has strong experience in creating and optimizing paid ad campaigns across various channels including Google and social media platforms to drive traffic, generate leads, and maximize ROI.

Desired Candidate Profile

BA/BS or equivalent work experience

Minimum 2 year of Technology Product Marketing Experience

Experience creating content for the web and growing a social audience

Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it

Ability to analyze and present content and social performance

Experience with WordPress, Google analytics, SlideShare, and the top social channels

Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex

environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads and sales

High energy, self-starter capable of getting things done in a fluid entrepreneurial environment
