Job Title: Content Writer

• Develop high-quality content for social media posts, digital ads, website pages, landing pages, and email campaigns.
• Write engaging copy for brochures, flyers, hoardings, standees, and other print marketing materials.
• Create scripts for promotional videos, walkthroughs, and brand films.
• Conduct research on industry trends, USPs of projects, and competitive analysis to produce informative and accurate content.
• Work with designers to align visuals with messaging and maintain consistency in tone and brand voice.
• Write SEO-friendly content for blogs, articles, and property-related educational material.
• Assist in preparing project presentations, pitch decks, and sales communication.
• Proofread and edit existing content to improve clarity, accuracy, and quality.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery for campaigns and marketing initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-4 years of proven content writing experience (real estate industry experience is an advantage).
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to adapt writing style for different platformsdigital, print, and branding.
• Understanding of SEO, keyword placement, and content optimization.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
