Responsibilities: Reporting to the Country Manager and dotted to Regional FAM at HQ, the successful candidate will work closely with the Regional FAEs, Product team and Sales team in implementing demand creation strategies for the assigned product lines to increase Sales Manage a team of 5~6 FAEs in India Work closely with Suppliers to create design activities with potential customers, with regular monitor and tracking progress of the activities Involve in pre-sales activities with Sales team; Promote product, provide recommendation and technical support to customer during their product development phase. Conduct technical training presentation and product training to internal/external customers Resolve quality, technical, and application issues related to the represented product lines Requirements: Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent Minimum 8~10 years of relevant working experience in product development and or field application Competent technical knowledge and good understanding of different electronics circuitry; Analog, power management, Microcontroller, interfaces Experience with different Passive, Electro-mechanical, Interconnect components will be advantageous Self-driven, out-going personalities, good communication skill, and a fast learner with keen interest in learning a wide range of products and applications Ability to present and articulate the product comprehensively in English

Education: Bachelors degree in Electronics, MBA preferred but not must. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools. Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across India and occasionally to SEA headquarters.
