AI Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Train, configure, and optimize AI agents included in our platform for marketing and sales workflows.
• Collaborate on the creation of AI-generated content — including video ads, landing page assets, and funnel-based engagement materials.
• Integrate AI agents with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools to create seamless, automated funnels.
• Monitor agent performance and make data-driven improvements to enhance conversions and engagement.
• Stay ahead of AI trends, with a focus on tools and techniques that enable sales automation, content creation, and performance marketing.
• Work closely with cross-functional U.S.-based marketing and sales teams to ensure AI solutions meet campaign goals and brand voice.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI platforms or frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Anthropic, or similar).
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, sales automation, and lead generation strategies.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and Google Ads.
• Experience with video creation/editing tools — bonus if using AI-driven tools like Synthesia, Pictory, Runway, etc.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to design AI workflows that align with a U.S. audience and sales style.

Work Requirements

• Must be available during U.S. business hours (EST or PST) to collaborate with our North American teams.

• Prior experience working with U.S. companies or targeting U.S. markets.
• Background in performance marketing or paid media funnel optimization.
