Marketing and Operations Intern

Key Responsibility Areas: Market Research: Conducting research on target audiences, competitors, and market trends to create marketing strategies. Content Creation: Assist in developing and creating marketing materials such as social media posts, blog content, website copy and LinkedIn posts. Campaign Support: Assisting with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising. Social Media Management: Managing social media accounts, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media performance. Data Analysis: Analyzing marketing data and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and provide insights. Event Support: Assisting with the planning and execution of marketing events, including logistics, promotional materials, and on-site support. Administrative Tasks: Providing general administrative support to the marketing team, such as organizing files, scheduling meetings, and managing databases. Communication: Communicating with the Founder, internal teams, external vendors, and customers as needed. Skills and Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts. Familiarity with major social media platforms. Proficiency in LinkedIn management. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Creative problem-solving skills.
