Marketing and Customer Relationship Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and CRM Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing strategies to promote our brand and services, while also managing customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Follow up with leads and clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Work closely with sales and support teams to improve the customer experience. Prepare and maintain regular sales reports and dashboards. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in marketing and/or customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity digital marketing platforms.
