The India Market Unit Manager - Management Consulting Energy will be responsible for leading consulting projects within the energy sector, driving strategic initiatives, and enhancing client engagement in India.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage consulting projects within the energy sector in India.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance market presence and client engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consulting services.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the energy market.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
Mentor and guide junior consultants within the team.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
3-7 years of experience in management consulting, specifically within the energy sector.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Knowledge of energy policies, regulations, and market dynamics in India.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
