Role Overview

The intern will support business development and outreach activities through research, prospecting, and coordinating communication tasks. The position combines market research, lead generation, and basic B2B outreach support. Training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Research companies and potential contacts within defined market segments.
• Identify and qualify prospects using LinkedIn, Google, directories, and online databases.
• Build and maintain accurate lead lists in spreadsheets or CRM tools.
• Assist with sending introductory emails and follow-up messages under team guidance.
• Track outreach activities, update records, and report progress regularly.
• Support refinement of outreach plans by monitoring responses and engagement trends.
• Help achieve daily or weekly lead-generation targets.
• Coordinate with the sales or marketing team for lead follow-up.
• Contribute to digital engagement tasks when needed.
• Stay updated on basic B2B communication practices and market trends.

Required Skills

• Good written and verbal communication in English.
• Interest in business communication, client coordination, market outreach.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, email tools, and online research platforms.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets is a plus.

Eligibility

• Freshers, students, freelancers, and interns can apply.
• Must have a laptop and stable internet connection.
• Prior experience (3–6 months) is a plus, not mandatory.

Work Schedule

• Remote role with flexible working hours
• Monday to Friday working days
• Saturday and Sunday fixed weekly offs
• Approximately 4–5 hours of work per day for part-time or project-based tasks

Stipend / Compensation

• Performance-based incentives after the 3-month initial training period.
