Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for an IT Support Executive. The IT Support Executive will be responsible for providing technical support to resolve IT-related issues, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, managing network systems, and overseeing IT operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include addressing technical queries, maintaining system functionality, and ensuring smooth IT operations within the organization. Collaboration with team members to enhance IT infrastructure efficiency will also be essential to this role.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for hardware and software systems.
• Knowledge of Network Administration, including managing and maintaining network infrastructure.
• Experience in Information Technology and IT Operations, ensuring seamless system functionality.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage technical tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications in IT administration or related areas are an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
