Market Research & Calling Executive – Biomass, Noida-58, WFO

Overview:

We need a focused and persuasive professional who can connect with manufacturers, briquette units, traders, and power plants to gather verified market data and strengthen our nationwide database.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to manufacturers, traders, and power plants to collect data on product specifications, prices, and supply capacity.

• Verify rates, materials, and quantities through regular follow-ups and online research.

• Maintain updated records of verified contacts and daily price inputs in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Present client's mission and services clearly and build long-term professional relationships with industry contacts.

• Support the data and analytics team by submitting accurate, timely reports.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Confident speaking with factory owners and procurement officers.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in follow-ups and reporting.

• Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.

• Experience in tele-calling, vendor coordination, or market research preferred.
