Job Description: Involvement in questionnaire designing and big objectives by doing preliminary industry research and collecting data on the individual players and design approach to the study. Preparing final output of the Report and Presentation. Liaoning with senior management and alignment to the defined objectives and project plan deliverables. Independent checks on the sample and interacting with the external entities/sources to validate the key inputs. Involvement in the review of the work by the QA / TL/ and ensuring best results by doing competition benchmarking, finding gaps, finding best practices if any, and opportunities for improvement in the businesses digital, branch, email, contact centre, dsa and dst . Accountable for understanding and building big picture trends and differentiating points from the data and information collected. This will require him/her to analyse the quantitative and qualitative inputs submitted by the quality/team leader, for the final reports and submission.
