Market Intelligence lead

Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master s degree preferred. 4+ years of experience in customer insights, market research, or competitive intelligence, preferably within tech or edtech industries. Leadership: Proven track record of managing a team and delivering on strategic goals. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to translate raw data into actionable insights. Experience working with data analytics tools and platforms is a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels. Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams. A strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail and a robust problem-solving acumen. Nice to have: Hands-on experience with customer survey platforms and data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI); Experience with CRM and feedback management systems.
