To lead a team of Partners/Relationship Leaders at the location and be responsible for managing
Key Clients HNIs and Ultra HNIs in order to provide expert relationship management experience(Domain Expert)• In liaison with the Corporate and Institutional Banking team, to drive the acquisition ofPersonal Banking and Wealth Management relationships for Owner/ Promotors/ Directors oforganizations.• Be proactive in converting the Richest Individuals base at the location especially the base listedas Top 500 Richest Indians in India In synergy with corporate banking• Anticipate and be continually sensitive to the shifting customer expectations and initiateappropriate measures to ensure that stays ahead of competitors• Maintaining a strong working knowledge of client portfolios / products which arerequired to gain business wallet share from HNI and Ultra HNI clients• Besides leading a small team, the position shall also manage key clients personally.• Showcase full range of consumer and commercial banking products to existing and potentialKey Clients of the Bank and harness incremental business opportunities across all products• Contributing to the development of new products and services, by channelizing self andcustomer feedback to the respective Program Teams• Ensure compliance to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) requirementsin all dealings with existing and potential customers• Participate in cross-functional activities that help promote and nurture collective responsibility tothe bigger objectives of the institution• The position shall be evaluated basis the following:o Self Revenue generated from mapped clientso Revenue generated from the team
