Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our Private Banking (Wealth) business in East India. The Market Head will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a team of Relationship Managers, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers to drive performance, business growth, and client engagement.
Business Development:
Drive acquisition and deepening of high-net-worth (HNW) client relationships in the region.
Client Management:
Ensure delivery of high-quality wealth management solutions and services to clients.
Strategy Execution:
Implement regional business strategies aligned with overall Private Banking objectives.
Revenue & Targets:
Achieve financial and non-financial targets for the region, including AUM growth, revenue, and client retention.
Risk & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines across all client and team interactions.
Collaboration:
Work closely with product, investment, risk, operations, and compliance teams to deliver seamless client solutions.
