Market Head-First Private

As a Market Head-First Private in the Retail Liabilities department of Retail Banking, your role involves leading a team of 8-12 Private Banking Relationship Managers. Your primary responsibility is to support these RM's in achieving their AUM, TRV, and Revenue Goals by providing mentorship, coaching, and conducting joint client meetings. Additionally, you will be managing 15-20 large clients and expected to deliver 1.5 X of your Fixed Compensation along with team goals. Your roles and responsibilities include: - Owning the AUM, TRV, and Revenue targets of the team and ensuring achievement of all financial parameters - Providing a seamless banking and wealth management experience to customers through effective product knowledge and interpersonal skills - Achieving high customer satisfaction scores in alignment with organizational objectives - Acquiring customers through various channels such as natural market, open market activities, and references from internal sources In addition to the above, as a Market Head-First Private, you are expected to: - Ensure regulatory compliance within the team - Demonstrate a high orientation towards relationship management - Maintain a strong focus on service delivery - Be execution-oriented and driven to achieve results Your managerial and leadership responsibilities will include: - Hiring and retaining team members - Developing the team's skills and capabilities - Ensuring the team is appropriately staffed - Supporting team members in achieving their targets Key success metrics for your role include AUM target, TRV Target, Revenue Target, acquiring New to Wealth customers, and maintaining Portfolio Quality.,
