Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Market Development Incharge located in Ahemdabad The Market Development Incharge will be responsible for driving sales operations, developing business plans, analyzing market trends, and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves regular interaction with clients, stakeholders, and the internal team to ensure the achievement of sales targets and business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for market trend analysis and forecasting
• Experience in Business Planning including strategy development and implementation
• Excellent Communication skills for client interaction and stakeholder management
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Experience in Sales Operations and meeting sales targets
• Ability to work independently and handle on-site responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the lubricants or automotive industry is a plus
