• Delivering data-driven insights for advising assignments related to hospitality, tourism, and leisure in both domestic and foreign markets will be a crucial responsibility of the Market Data & Analysis Specialist
• Advanced market, performance, and investment data gathering, validation, structuring, and analysis are the responsibilities of this role in order to support idea development, strategic consulting, and investor-focused deliverables
• In addition to designing, managing, and optimizing complex Excel-based databases, the specialist will monitor hotel brands and portfolios, tourism demand drivers, benchmarking indicators, and performance metrics
• They will also help create powerful PowerPoint presentations that adhere to internal quality and design standards
• Creating inputs for market and feasibility studies, investment memoranda, valuation support, and comprehensive company strategies are important duties
• In order to interpret KPIs, evaluate competitive positioning, analyze demand-supply dynamics, and convert complicated facts into understandable strategic narratives and practical recommendations, the position necessitates close communication with senior consultants
• The expert will standardize historical datasets, oversee the upkeep and improvement of SharePoint-based data ecosystems, and design scalable, user-friendly data structures that facilitate knowledge exchange across projects
