Marine Personnel Executive

Nautilus Shipping is looking for a dynamic individual to join our growing team as a Marine Personnel Executive focused on sourcing. This role is perfect for those with excellent communication skills and a passion for recruitment.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, etc.)
• Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews
• Maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Coordinating effectively with both branch and head offices
• Managing and processing necessary documentation

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• 1-2 years of experience as a Chat process associate or in recruitment (preferred)
• Freshers with a keen interest in marine recruitment can also apply

Qualifications:

• Any degree
