About the Role: As the Marcom & Customer Lead, you will be at the heart of shaping our customer engagement strategy and driving rural brand communication. This role demands creativity, collaboration, and a deep understanding of rural consumer behavior. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Develop and adapt brand communication across platforms (ATL, BTL, digital) in sync with product strategy 🔹 Drive customer engagement campaigns, loyalty programs, and field-level activations 🔹 Partner with zonal teams and crop solution leads for region-specific execution 🔹 Track campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize communication touchpoints Ideal Candidate: ✔️ 8–15 years of experience in agri/rural marketing or customer communications ✔️ Background in agri-inputs, rural FMCG, or allied sectors preferred ✔️ Strong grasp of customer insights, content creation, and on-ground activations ✔️ Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
