Job Description

Production Oversight: Supervise daily production, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Monitor production metrics and drive productivity to achieve targets. Manage line setups, monitoring efficiency, and ensuring first-piece buyoffs.
Team Management & Development: Lead, train, coach, and mentor team members to improve skills and performance. Delegate tasks, set individual targets, and monitor progress against goals.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, resolving conflicts as needed.
Manage team attendance and adherence to company procedures.
Safety & Quality: Ensure a safe and clean working environment, enforcing all safety procedures.
Monitor and maintain all safety equipment and tools. Conduct risk assessments and participate in incident investigations.
Ensure the team meets quality standards and that project documents are complete.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹39,442.39 per month
