Accounts Executive - Male Candidate only Roles & Responsibilities Mandatory Skills: Proficient in Tally Prime – Tally knowledge is mandatory Excel proficiency – Strong working knowledge required GST & TDS knowledge – Must have hands-on experience Two-wheeler is a must – for local travel and errands Candidates from the local area are preferred Experience in handling accounts for Manufacturing Industries will be given priority Key Responsibilities: Manage Tally billing , including: E-Invoice generation E-Way bill creation Responsible for documentation and record keeping Purchase order preparation and purchase entry with inventory Prepare and maintain daily reports Handle bank-related work Perform journal entries in Tally Manage petty cash transactions Reconcile sundry creditors and debtors Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS) Update and verify stock details daily and conduct monthly stock audits Assist with quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly closing & reconciliation Demonstrate multi-tasking ability and coordinate with multiple departments.
