Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute production plans, schedules, and workflows to meet customer

demands and operational objectives

Coordinate with planning, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure timely availability

of materials and resources

Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to machining supervisors, operators, and

support staff

Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the

machining department

Implement and maintain stringent quality control measures and inspection procedures to

ensure compliance with specifications and standards

Drive initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce rework, and improve first-pass yield rates
Optimize machining processes and workflows to improve efficiency, reduce cycle times, and

minimize production costs

Implement Lean manufacturing principles, 5S practices, and other methodologies to

eliminate waste and improve productivity

Preferred candidate profile:

Proven experience in a leadership role within machining operations, with a minimum of 8

years of experience in production management

In-depth knowledge of machining processes, CNC programming, tooling, and materials
Strong understanding of quality management systems (ISO standards) and continuous

improvement methodologies

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and initiatives effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma/B.E in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing

Management, or a related field preferred. Experience- 10 Years & above.
