Job Description

Major responsibility:

Will be accountable to Head Corporate Quality Assurance
Systematic Processes
- planning and implementing systematic processes
Compliance
- Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines. Should have exposure of complying to Investor Compliances
Continuous Improvement
NPD Quality
- Define quality metrics, involving quality professionals early to manage risks, ensuring rigorous testing, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Process Quality
- ensure effectiveness and efficiency of processes
Customer Quality
- delivering excellent customer service through efficient, timely, and friendly interactions, leading to increased customer retention, brand loyalty, and a competitive advantage
Should be able to drive the right product developed and manufactured.
Monitoring of COPQ ( Cost of poor quality )
& EFR ( Early Failure Report)- Coordination with customer for customer complaints warranty and field failures for Debits of warranty & EFR along with Action Plan
Hand on exposure in Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, and APQP

Education: Mandatory

Gear Box experience will be added advantage

Should have managed multiple OEM's
