✅ Position: Deputy Manager – Manufacturing

AGE: 35-45 YEARS


🎓 Qualification & Experience: EDUCATION MUST BE FULL-TIME REGULAR (NO DISTANCE LEARNING)

  • BE (Mechanical/Production): 10–15 years of experience

  • Diploma (Full-time): 18–20 years of experience

  • At least 5 years managing a manufacturing cell/unit



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians on the shop floor.
  • Ensure production targets are met daily/weekly/monthly in line with customer specs.
  • Handle CNC machine operations – programming, fixturing, tooling, scheduling.
  • Drive process improvements for cycle time, setup time, and cost reduction.
  • Ensure best practices in safety, quality, and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
  • Analyze data and implement continuous improvement initiatives (TPM/Lean).
  • Train and support team for technical and performance improvements.
