Job Description

We are hiring a Manufacturing Head for our surgical equipment production unit. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in managing the production and manufacturing of medical devices such as: CO2 Insufflators LED Light Sources Electrosurgical Units Endoscopy & Laparoscopy Cameras Debrider Pneumatic Lithotripters And Many More Surgical equipments 🔧 Key Responsibilities: 🏭 Production & Plant Management: Manage end-to-end manufacturing operations Ensure quality control and on-time production Lead a team of technicians and engineers Follow and implement ISO 13485 / CE / GMP compliance Maintain proper documentation and reporting 🧪 Technical & Service Support: Supervise product assembly & final testing Troubleshoot technical issues Coordinate with design and R&D teams Handle servicing and customer support Ensure calibration, QC, and maintenance of tools 📋 Required Skills: Strong knowledge of surgical/medical device Manufacturing Familiarity with ISO 13485, CE certification Basic electronics and mechanical skills Team leadership and problem-solving approach Understanding of electrosurgical and endoscopic equipment 🎓 Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Biomedical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
