Job Description

3+ Years Of Experience In Cost reduction with Different Manufacturing Process
Need To Do Sourcing Activities
Alternate Vendor Identification And Vendor Negotiations
Analyze spend data finding out gap for cost out.
Confers with manufacturing, Product teams, suppliers to resolve Design For Manufacturing , Design For Testing , Design For Assembly issues.
Identifies opportunities for continuous improvements in resolving the supplier queries and immediate solutions and contribute on process improvements with cost out benefit
Assessing quotes and compiling a detailed assessment of cost breakdowns.
Develop inventory optimization strategies within the company.
Identifying the opportunities of cost reduction by various means like part rationalization, material change, supplier consolidation etc.
Obtaining quotes from different suppliers.
Work with Global Supply team for the process support.
Keep updates on technological improvements across the industry and suggesting most efficient approach in sourcing/prototyping new components.
