Job Responsibilities – Manufacturing/QC Engineer

Overall responsibility for manufacturing & quality control of components at Intralog

Specific Tasks

1) Keeping stock of raw material, consumables and tools used for manufacturing.

2) Overall responsibility of all the parts one they have been released for manufacturing:

a. Ensuring we have the raw material to manufacture these components, if not procuring the material required.

b. Deciding whether the manufacturing will be in house or outsourced

c. If outsourced, deciding the vendor, getting, and evaluating quotation, placing the PO/WO, ensuring material has delivered to vendor and following up with the vendor to ensure that the material is ready in time. Once the material is received, ensuring that the dimensions are as per the drawing and the qty is correct.

d. If manufacturing has to be done in house, planning activities and ensuring that the workforce has been properly utilised.

e. Managing the workforce and tracking their performance.

f. Keeping tracks of all the PO released ( raw material and manufacturing activities)

Performance measurement:

· A score will be given for all components that have been manufactured based on timely and quality manufacturing

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
