Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at RARR Technologies. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Review, plan, and execute manufacturing activities for aerospace components and assemblies.
Analyze customer documentation, drawings, and technical standards to ensure compliance with aerospace manufacturing requirements.
Support design validation, tooling development, production readiness, and quality assurance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve manufacturing issues.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with industry standards and regulations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the aerospace industry.
Strong knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes and technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
