1. Aerospace Manufacturing, fabrication and Assembly process
2. Aerospace Process planning, stage drawing, characteristics matrix, PFMEA,FAIR, LAIR, Control plan, MSA studies, Gauge R & R, Inspection plan, DFM
3. Good Communication skills
4. Working knowledge in CATIA
5. Author build plan for Aircraft Structural assemblies, Systems and Payloads.
6. Create Installation plan in CAPP/MES and Author work instructions.
7. Ensure the prevailing Installation plans are audited and meet the defined standards.
8. Continuously review the existing assembly process and drive process
improvements
9. Assist in the development and implementation of production and tooling methodologies.
10. Supports the development, identification and implementation of conceptual designs and maintenance of the program architecture for build.
11. Execute DFM and producibility studies for new product introductions.
12. Participates in the implementation of Lean principles and technologies.
