Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the Manufacturing team in a semiconductor Fab, focusing on Fab Manufacturing operations and Production Control. Your role will involve providing technical guidance to a team of Manufacturing Engineers, managing real-time dispatcher, and ensuring lot priority based on customer requirements. Additionally, you will work on cost reduction programs, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain optimum utilization of equipment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment. - Manage real-time dispatcher and lot priority according to customer requirements. - Control production schedule, delivery date, and output to increase production capacity. - Plan and direct Fab activities related to product manufacturing in a semiconductor Fab. - Work on cost reduction programs and collaborate with Industrial Engineering on Fab layout optimization. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identify opportunities for equipment upgrades, automation, and process enhancements. - Draft and release equipment PM procedures, CM guide, OCAP fan outs. - Ensure adherence to EHS, QM, ESD, 6S standards, and cleanroom protocols. - Constantly review OEE management, reduce tool downtime, and increase equipment throughput with a focus on Safety and Quality. Qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, Chemical, Materials Science, or device physics. - >10 years of direct wafer Fab experience in Manufacturing operations and production control teams. - Strong knowledge of Real-time dispatcher, WIP balancing, AMHS, and Wafer start. - Experience with data analysis tools for equipment performance optimization, yield improvement, and sustainability management projects. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines. - Knowledge of APC, FDC, SPC systems is an added advantage. Please Note: This role is based on-site in Dholera, Gujarat, India, with occasional overseas travel required.,
