You will be responsible for leading the Yield Management System team for a 300mm Wafer Fab at Tata Electronics Private Limited. Your role will involve collaborating with the Digital/IT team to design and develop Yield Management software and Database. You will be tasked with creating a Data Integration framework to collect data from various sources such as E-test, Defect Inspection, Inline Metrology, and Sort. Additionally, you will develop algorithms for data analysis to facilitate root cause understanding and yield optimization using Yield Analysis Tools.
