Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Panchkula for a Manufacturing Chemist. The Manufacturing Chemist will be responsible for conducting hands-on laboratory work, ensuring quality control for products, performing analytical tasks, and contributing to research and development (R&D) initiatives. Duties will include analyzing raw materials, testing finished goods for compliance, maintaining laboratory equipment, and documenting processes according to standard operating procedures. The Manufacturing Chemist will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support innovation and continuous improvement in product development.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated Laboratory Skills and hands-on experience with equipment and processes
• Proficiency in Quality Control procedures and ensuring compliance with standards
• Strong Analytical Skills to conduct precise testing and problem-solving tasks
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D) or familiarity with research methodologies
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations is an advantage
