Manual Tester – Compliance Systems & Payment Screening

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Manual Tester with strong expertise in Compliance Systems and Payment Screening Solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with NetReveal (AML TM & CRR) and Fircosoft systems, including SIT/UAT testing for banking and financial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute manual test cases for compliance applications and payment message screening workflows.

Conduct thorough testing on:

SymphonyAI NetReveal AML TM (Transaction Monitoring)

SymphonyAI NetReveal CRR (Customer Risk Rating)

LNRS Fircosoft Name and Payment Screening Solution

Perform exploratory testing, defect logging, RTM maintenance, and test environment management.

Validate compliance system interfaces and dependencies such as FRSM and third-party integrations.

Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.

Document findings and align with business requirement specifications during UAT cycles.

Collaborate closely with compliance, risk, and development teams.

API Testing – good to have.

Must-Have Skills:

5+ years in manual testing within banking/compliance domains.

Strong understanding of AML, Risk, and Compliance Systems.

Hands-on testing experience with Fircosoft, NetReveal, FRSM, etc.

Excellent understanding of SIT, UAT, defect lifecycle, and test coverage traceability.

Familiarity with SWIFT messages, Payment Gateways, or Sanctions Screening tools.

Nice-to-Have:

API testing knowledge (Postman/SoapUI)

Knowledge of Automation tools (for future migration)

ISTQB Certification
