Position Title: Manual Quality Analyst

Experience: 2 to 3 years

Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in designing and executing test cases, identifying defects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software applications. The ideal candidate is skilled in functional testing, API validation, and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues. They should be adept at requirement analysis, test documentation, and maintaining QA processes, while proactively contributing to continuous improvement .

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and scenarios.
• Perform functional testing, basic performance testing, and analyze results to provide detailed reports.
• Collaborate with developers to identify, document, and validate bug fixes.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to enhance product quality and team efficiency.
• Review requirements, prepare QA artifacts, and ensure test coverage across modules.
• Participate in requirement analysis and coordinate test environment setup.
• Track and report testing progress, defects, and resource needs to QA Lead/Project Manager

• Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in manual QA testing
• . Hands-on experience with software testing tools and functional testing
• . Basic SQL and database testing experience. Experience testing mobile web and apps on both real and virtual devices (Android & iOS).
• Strong technical, programming, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, documentation, and report-writing skills.
