Manual QA Specialist

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Specialist to take ownership of website quality assurance across the full lifecycle—from design to go-live. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Design, Development, SEO, and Content to deliver polished, error-free, and responsive websites for our clients.
Key Responsibilities 🔍 Website QA & AuditsOwn pre-live, post-live, and quick-live audits for all websites.Perform detailed checks for URLs, buttons, links, responsiveness, browser compatibility, and performance.Identify and report issues before they impact users. 🎨 Design QA & FeedbackReview XD designs (desktop & mobile) and ensure pixel-perfect implementation.Provide UX and accessibility suggestions, including color contrast, font sizing, and responsive elements. 🔗 Cross-functional CollaborationCollaborate with the Development, SEO, Content, and CSM teams to resolve issues efficiently.Support urgent content uploads and technical enhancements during high-priority phases.Validate implementation of schema, meta tags, and SEO recommendations. 🛠 Content & UI ValidationEnsure accurate, consistent content across all pages.Validate forms, CTAs, review sections, sitemap, favicon, GMB links, and contact info.Check for blog formatting, mobile image usage, and overall layout alignment.🧾 Core QA ChecklistVerify all URLs, forms, buttons, linksMatch design with XD (desktop & mobile)Ensure full responsiveness and browser/device compatibilityConfirm schema, meta tags, alt tags, and GMB linkingReview content accuracy, styling, and SEO readinessValidate page speed, redirects, and domain configurationsCheck GA/GTM tracking setup and cookies consentSkills & ToolsStrong attention to detail and eye for visual accuracyHands-on with Adobe XD, WordPress, GMB, Google Search ConsoleFamiliar with Chrome Dev Tools, GTmetrix, Google PageSpeed InsightsUnderstanding of SEO basics, schema, page speed optimizationWhy Join Us?Be the quality gatekeeper for live, client-facing websitesWork with autonomy across dynamic, cross-functional projectsSharpen skills in design QA, SEO, UX, and content workflowsThrive in a collaborative and fast-paced remote environment
