We’re looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Specialist to take ownership of website quality assurance across the full lifecycle—from design to go-live. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Design, Development, SEO, and Content to deliver polished, error-free, and responsive websites for our clients. Key Responsibilities 🔍 Website QA & Audits Own pre-live, post-live, and quick-live audits for all websites. Perform detailed checks for URLs, buttons, links, responsiveness, browser compatibility, and performance. Identify and report issues before they impact users. 🎨 Design QA & Feedback Review XD designs (desktop & mobile) and ensure pixel-perfect implementation. Provide UX and accessibility suggestions, including color contrast, font sizing, and responsive elements. 🔗 Cross-functional Collaboration Collaborate with the Development, SEO, Content, and CSM teams to resolve issues efficiently. Support urgent content uploads and technical enhancements during high-priority phases. Validate implementation of schema, meta tags, and SEO recommendations. 🛠 Content & UI Validation Ensure accurate, consistent content across all pages. Validate forms, CTAs, review sections, sitemap, favicon, GMB links, and contact info. Check for blog formatting, mobile image usage, and overall layout alignment. 🧾 Core QA Checklist Verify all URLs, forms, buttons, links Match design with XD (desktop & mobile) Ensure full responsiveness and browser/device compatibility Confirm schema, meta tags, alt tags, and GMB linking Review content accuracy, styling, and SEO readiness Validate page speed, redirects, and domain configurations Check GA/GTM tracking setup and cookies consent Skills & Tools Strong attention to detail and eye for visual accuracy Hands-on with Adobe XD, WordPress, GMB, Google Search Console Familiar with Chrome Dev Tools, GTmetrix, Google PageSpeed Insights Understanding of SEO basics, schema, page speed optimization Why Join Us?
