Job Description

As a Software Tester with 4-6 years of experience in software testing or a related field, your role will involve: - Testing software applications/packages and ensuring the quality of the products. - Applying knowledge of testing processes & activities and working in an Agile Process environment. - Demonstrating good communication skills both verbally and in writing. - Utilizing Salesforce and CRM testing experience to enhance the testing process. - Employing tools like Quality Center, Soap UI, Selenium, Cucumber, Appium, etc., for efficient testing. - Working in a CI/CD environment and familiar with deployment of web applications. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and possess sound analytical and problem-solving skills. - Collaborating effectively in a team environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously. - Implementing test plans and scripts for commercial software applications, documenting expected vs. actual results, and recording software defects. - Preferred knowledge of automated testing software tools and software development methodologies. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's Degree in a related field. - 4-6 years of experience in software testing. - Experience in Agile Process and familiarity with deployment of web applications. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work independently or within a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Knowledge of quality assurance methods and techniques including the software development lifecycle.,
