Role Summary:

Manual & Automated Testing and QA Associate

Location - Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute 

  manual and automated test cases

   based on business and technical requirements.
• Build and maintain test automation scripts using tools such as 

  Appium, Selenium, TestNG, or similar.

• Perform 

  functional, regression, integration, smoke, and system testing

   for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct 

  API testing

   using tools like 

  Postman

   or 

  REST Assured

  .
• Identify, document, and track bugs using 

  JIRA

  , and work closely with the development team for resolution.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive 

  test documentation

   including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an 

  Agile/Scrum environment

   to ensure timely and quality releases.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.
• Participate in CI/CD processes by integrating automated test suites.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 

  3 years of hands-on experience

   in manual and automated testing.
• Strong experience with 

  Selenium WebDriver

  , 

  Java or Python

  , and automation frameworks.
• Solid understanding of 

  software QA methodologies

  , tools, and processes.
• Experience with 

  API testing

  , 

  version control systems

   (e.g., Git), and 

  test management tools

  .
• Knowledge of 

  Agile/Scrum methodologies

  .
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with performance testing tools like

  Appium, Selemium, TestNG.

• Experience in testing mobile apps based on native or unity paltforms.
• Familiarity with 

  CI/CD tools

   such as 

  Jenkins

   or 

  GitLab CI

  .
• Exposure to 

  cloud-based testing platforms

   and 

  cross-browser testing tools

  .
