Role Summary: We are seeking a Manual & Automated Testing and QA Associate with 3 years of experience to join our dynamic QA team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in both manual testing and test automation, playing a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products across various platforms. Location - Remote Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases based on business and technical requirements. Build and maintain test automation scripts using tools such as Appium, Selenium, TestNG, or similar. Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and system testing for web and mobile applications. Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured . Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA , and work closely with the development team for resolution. Maintain clear and comprehensive test documentation including test plans, test cases, and test reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to ensure timely and quality releases. Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices. Participate in CI/CD processes by integrating automated test suites. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in manual and automated testing. Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver , Java or Python , and automation frameworks. Solid understanding of software QA methodologies , tools, and processes. Experience with API testing , version control systems (e.g., Git), and test management tools . Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies . Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with performance testing tools like Appium, Selemium, TestNG. Experience in testing mobile apps based on native or unity paltforms. Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI .
