Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Engage and educate farmers on cattle nutrition, feed usage, and best livestock practices.
Conduct field visits, demos, and farmer meetings to promote cattle feed products.
Generate leads and support the sales team in customer acquisition.
Maintain field activity records and submit regular reports.
Execute field plans to increase product awareness and adoption.
Provide basic training to farmers and dealers on feed management and cattle health.

Key Skills

Strong communication and farmer engagement skills
Basic knowledge of cattle nutrition and animal husbandry
Field planning and execution abilities
Data recording and report preparation
Lead generation and sales support capability
Relationship-building with farmers, dealers, and influencers

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Agriculture or Animal Husbandry
OR
Diploma in Veterinary Science
3-5 yrs of Experience in dairy, cattle feed, or rural extension activities is preferred
Willingness to travel extensively in field areas
