Job Description

As a candidate for the showroom manager position, your role will involve a wide range of responsibilities to ensure the seamless operation of the Experience Centre. - Customer Experience Management - Provide an outstanding showroom experience by guiding visitors through displays and explaining design solutions. - Understand client needs and recommend suitable kitchen and wardrobe products. - Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales and customer loyalty. - Operational Management - Oversee the daily operations of the Experience Centre, including inventory, display setup, and visual merchandising. - Ensure all product displays are updated and well-maintained in line with design trends. - Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently. - Sales & Marketing - Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the Experience Centre and drive walk-ins. - Set and achieve sales targets through effective strategies and customer engagement. - Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for business growth. - Organize events, workshops, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility. - Team Leadership - Lead, train, and motivate showroom staff to deliver excellent customer service. - Conduct performance reviews and foster a culture of professionalism and collaboration. - Reporting & Analysis - Track KPIs, sales data, and customer feedback for management reporting. - Analyze customer insights to improve service quality and operational efficiency. - Brand Representation - Ensure the Experience Centre reflects premium brand image and design excellence. - Stay updated on interior design trends, innovations, and competitor offerings. Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business Management, Marketing, or related field. - 5-8 years of experience in retail showroom, luxury interior, or lifestyle brand management. - Strong sales, communication, and leadership skills. - Ability to multitask and manage operations in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.,
