Manhattan WMS Principal Consultant

• Join Infosys as a Principal Consultant specializing in Manhattan Active WMS
• You will lead end to end implementations and migrations across client sites driving excellence in design testing and go live support
• This is a strategic role where you will influence architecture mentor teams and collaborate with global stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end to end implementations of Manhattan Active WMS encompassing configuration functional testing system integration testing extension validation UAT support go live execution and hypercare stabilization
• Working knowledge in Manhattan LM Active integration
• Drive discovery requirements design testing SIT UAT cutover and go live
• Architect and configure Manhattan Active extensions and integrations
• Collaborate with WCS MHE systems and manage interface testing
• Work on SCI Reports Jasper Reports and label generation
• Conduct RCA for defects and coordinate SDN testing and deployments with Manhattan
• Guide and mentor cross functional teams across onsite offshore models
• Influence client decisions through architectural and design leadership
• Debug issues using trace files and optimize performance
• Serve as a SME in Manhattan WMS actively contributing to WMS proposals and strategic solutioning as part of the Centre of Excellence CoE initiatives
• Proven experience working in a global delivery model with flexibility to collaborate effectively during overlapping onshore offshore time zones

Technical Requirements:

• Manhattan WMS

Additional Responsibilities:

• 14 years of experience in Manhattan WMOS
• 3 years of hands on implementation experience in Manhattan Active WMS
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and WMS architecture
• Experience with SQL Postman APIs integration frameworks
• Familiarity with LM in Manhattan Active is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines
