As a Global L2 Support Mandarin Language Expert, you will play a crucial role in providing bilingual technical assistance and operational support to Mandarin-speaking clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless communication and incident management in global environments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle L2-level incidents, service requests, and escalations for Mandarin-speaking regions. - Translate all critical IT and business documents between Mandarin and English. - Maintain high-quality and culturally aligned communication with end-users. - Keep bilingual documentation, service tickets, and operational logs up to date. - Collaborate with engineering and L3 teams to expedite issue resolution. - Review translated technical materials for accuracy and clarity. - Assist with APAC localization of platforms and services. - Conduct bilingual meetings and support communication during major incidents. - Prepare Mandarin-language status reports, dashboards, and summaries. - Identify trends and participate in proactive problem management. - Provide input for improving translation quality and customer satisfaction. - Support continuous service improvement (CSI) initiatives globally. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline. - Native or professional fluency in Mandarin and English. - 7 years of L2 bilingual technical support experience. - ITIL Foundation or equivalent certification preferred. - Excellent written, verbal, and analytical communication skills. You will be working in a hybrid work mode and the employment type is contract to hire. The position is based in Mumbai (Powai / Mahape) or Pune (Shivajinagar).
