Job Description

As a Managing Consultant in the Performance Analytics team at Mastercard Advisors, your role will involve obtaining data from various sources, analyzing and synthesizing information to develop reliable fact bases. You will be using a range of quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques to identify client issues and provide clear, sound recommendations. Your responsibilities will also include structuring reports and presentations for steering committees, confidently delivering presentations to clients, and organizing work effectively to meet project budget and profitability expectations. Additionally, you will be expected to share tools, methods, and best practices across projects and support client relationship management and business development efforts. To excel in this role, you should have demonstrable consulting skills or equivalent business management experience, preferably in a major financial institution. A Bachelor's degree is required, while an advanced degree or MBA is preferred. You must possess strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills to interpret large amounts of data and translate them into concise output with recommendations. Excellent communication skills, both interpersonal and written, are crucial for this role, along with client and engagement management skills. Being a team player who can collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment is essential. In terms of corporate security responsibility, you are expected to abide by Mastercard's security policies, maintain the confidentiality and integrity of accessed information, report any suspected security violations or breaches, and complete all mandatory security trainings.
