Manager/Sr. Manager/AGM EPC Sales

As an experienced professional with 8-12 years of experience in Solar EPC Sales or Industrial Project Sales, your role at Solex Energy Ltd. will involve the following key responsibilities: - Lead regional business development and sales for Solar EPC projects including Industrial, Commercial, Rooftop, and Ground-mounted projects. - Identify new business opportunities and drive large-scale project sales from concept to closure. - Develop and manage key client relationships, consultants, and channel partners. - Prepare techno-commercial proposals and ensure timely order closures. - Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Project, SCM) to ensure smooth project execution. - Achieve annual sales targets and contribute to strategic planning for the region. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record in industrial/B2B EPC solar project sales and a strong network in industrial, corporate, and commercial sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
