Manager/Sr. Manager - Sales

As a Sales Manager in the Real Estate industry, your role involves achieving order booking and sales revenue targets, unit sales, and collections within budgeted timelines for the assigned project/s. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by generating leads through various channels such as calls and references. Proactively contacting potential customers to promote the project and promptly responding to sales inquiries are crucial to maximizing sales conversions. You will also need to coordinate with other functions like Sales Admin, Engineering, and Legal to address customer queries effectively. Developing relationships with existing and new key customers, maintaining relations with partners, and negotiating deals with customers are essential aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve order booking and sales revenue targets, unit sales, and collections within budgeted timelines - Generate leads through calls, references, etc - Proactively contact potential customers to promote the project - Promptly respond to sales inquiries to maximize sales conversions - Coordinate with other functions (Sales Admin, Engineering, Legal) on customer queries - Develop relations with existing and new key customers (e.g., Corporates, HNI Clients) - Maintain relationships with Partners (brokers/ property consultants) to ensure market penetration in the region - Negotiate deals with customers Qualifications Required: - Graduate/ Post-Graduation in Marketing & Sales - 3-8 years of Real Estate industry exposure - Excellent Communication skills and a proactive attitude Please note that the preferred candidate profile includes a background in Marketing & Sales with at least 3-8 years of experience in the Real Estate industry.
