Job Description

The position is responsible for achieving the order booking and sales revenue targets, unit sales, and collections within budgeted timelines, ensuring customer satisfaction for the assigned project/s. You will need to ensure the generation of leads through calls, references, etc. Proactively contacting potential customers to promote the project and promptly responding to sales inquiries to maximize sales conversions are also key responsibilities. Coordinating with other functions such as Sales Admin, Engineering, and Legal on customer queries is essential. Developing relations with existing and new key customers, including Corporates and HNI Clients, and maintaining relationships with Partners (brokers/property consultants) to ensure market penetration in the region are crucial tasks. Additionally, you will be involved in negotiating deals with customers. The ideal candidate should have a Graduate/Post-Graduation in Marketing & Sales with 3-8 years of Real Estate industry exposure. Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude are essential for this role.,
