The Manager/Sr. Manager -
Marketing & Communication will be a strategic leader responsible for developing, translating, and implementing the organization's comprehensive marketing strategy into short-term and long-term plans. This role oversees the entire marketing calendar, leading integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels to maximize ROI and significantly enhance brand awareness. Key responsibilities include spearheading digital marketing initiatives (performance, SEO/SEM, social media, content, email), executing ATL/BTL strategies tailored for diverse markets, and conducting in-depth competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities. The role also involves managing corporate communications, leading and mentoring a high-performing marketing team, overseeing vendor and agency relationships, analyzing KPIs, and meticulously managing the marketing budget. This position is crucial for ensuring compliance with overall brand guidelines and driving market expansion.

Excellent communication skills (Interpersonal communication, Proficiency in English & Tamil preferred)
