Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Experience of Imports, Exports, Custom clearance and domestic logistics.
Experience in dealing with the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) and Special Economic Zone (SEZ) regulations.
Proficient in preparing and filing applications for licenses such as Advance Authorization, EPCG, and other export incentives.
Ability to manage SEZ documentation, online filing on SEZ portals, and maintain compliance with SEZ operational norms and benefits.
Skilled in obtaining approvals, amendments, and resolving queries raised by DGFT or SEZ authorities.
Knowledge of documentation pertaining to commercial activities.
Familiarity with
IGCR (Import of Goods at Concessional Rate of Duty)
Rules including procedural compliance and usage monitoring.
Working knowledge of
RoDTEP (Remission of Duties and Taxes on Export Products)
scheme including eligibility, application, and realization tracking.
Experience in claiming
Duty Drawback
, documentation, rate classification, and coordinating with customs for disbursal.
Must have knowledge of FTP/Customs/DGFT Law and Regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

We are seeking Candidate with 10 to 15 years of proven experience in EXIM Logistics & Knowledge in Custom Clearance, FTA, IGCR, RoDTEP, Brandrate Duty Drawback to join our Logistics department. Candidate who do not meet the specified experience criteria refrain from applying.
